Texarkana Area Convention of Narcotics Anonymous XXXIX is having their annual Recovery Kickoff event on July 20,2024 at Cossatot Reefs located in Gilham Lake in Arkansas. The event will begin at 10:00 am. We will have a convention theme contest, annual hot dog eating contest, guest speaker, fun and fellowship.
